Acceptance

By using this website, requesting a reservation, interacting with MM Anime Store by email, paying a PayPal invoice, or using a store-operated content tool, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website, reservation flow, or tool.

Manual reservation flow

• This website is not an automatic checkout system.
• Bracelet reservations are handled manually by email.
• No item is finally held until MM Anime Store confirms availability and sends a direct response.
• Unpaid reservations may be released if payment is not completed within the timeframe stated by email.
• Prices, shipping, inventory, and availability can change before a PayPal invoice is issued.

Product information and natural materials

Product photos and descriptions are provided to help customers identify the exact item being reserved. Natural stones, woods, crystals, and handmade or small-batch items can show color variation, mineral lines, inclusions, pits, texture differences, small cracks, or differences caused by lighting and screens. These natural or visual differences are not automatically defects.

Payment and shipping

• Payment is handled by PayPal invoice unless another method is explicitly agreed in writing.
• PayPal may apply its own account, payment, buyer, seller, refund, and dispute terms.
• Shipping country, parcel estimate, import responsibility, and final total should be confirmed before payment.
• Import tax, customs duty, VAT, and local delivery fees are the buyer's responsibility unless explicitly included in the invoice.

Returns and issues

Return and issue handling is described on the Returns page. For damaged or incorrect items, email product and package photos promptly after delivery. Because many pieces are one-of-one, replacement may not be possible.

TikTok Content Assistant

MM Anime Content Assistant is a store-operated workflow for preparing product videos, managing authorized TikTok connections, and uploading content to draft or review flows. It is not a public advertising marketplace or consumer ordering service.

MM Anime Store is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance. TikTok platform features are used only through authorized developer APIs and user authorization.

• You must only connect a TikTok account that you own or are authorized to manage.
• You must only upload videos, captions, music, images, and other materials that you have the right to use.
• You must comply with TikTok's terms, community guidelines, copyright rules, and developer requirements.
• The first-stage workflow is intended for draft upload and human review before posting.
• MM Anime Store may suspend tool access if use appears unauthorized, unsafe, infringing, misleading, or inconsistent with platform rules.

Prohibited use

• Do not use the website or tool for fraud, impersonation, spam, unauthorized scraping, malware, or platform rule evasion.
• Do not upload content that infringes intellectual property, violates privacy rights, or breaks TikTok rules.
• Do not interfere with website security, hosting, email routing, payment processing, or API operations.

Third-party services

The website and workflows may rely on third-party services such as Cloudflare, PayPal, TikTok, email providers, logistics providers, and marketplace tools. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. MM Anime Store is not responsible for third-party service outages, policy changes, payment reviews, account limitations, or platform decisions.

No guaranteed outcome

We try to keep product, shipping, and tool information accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free pages, platform approval, advertising performance, TikTok reach, shipping transit time, or inventory availability.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MM Anime Store is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, platform restrictions, shipping delays, or third-party service issues arising from use of the website, reservation flow, or tool.

Changes

We may update these terms as the store, website, reservation process, or TikTok tool changes. The effective date above shows the latest version.
