- Product code, such as BR-025.
- Shipping country and state or region if relevant.
- PayPal email for invoice, if you are ready to reserve.
- Any size, material, color, or shipping question before payment.
Response expectation
Replies are handled manually. A typical target is 1-2 business days, but launch-stage response time can vary by time zone and order volume.
